    Cape reinga

    A stunning morning. We woke up at 5 and packed up from our airbnb in the dark to head right north. Cape Reinga is the furthest north you can go in NZ. We saw the sun starting to rise on our drive, visited the Cape Reinga lighthouse and did a little hike and then back in the car. We have been living off of coffee and beer and gatorade because drinking water is hard to find and only served in tiny glasses so far. As we left this hike we found a refill station and filled up 10 powerade bottles and Florence's mug.Read more
