Quebec City, afternoon

After finishing lunch at the hoity-toity Hotel, the afternoon highlights included a self tour of the wonderful girls school and French Ursuline nunnery (since 1639!).

We truly enjoyed seeing the 3-story school and museum exhibits. The girls who were fortunate enough to attend this school were very well educated in a variety of subjects including physics and many of the women went on to make highly important contributions to Canada and the World.Read more
