    Temple Emanu-El é uma sinagoga histórica localizada no distrito de South Beach, em Miami, Flórida, Estados Unidos. É a maior e mais antiga congregação conservadora de Miami Beach.     Temple Emanu-El is a historic synagogue located in the South Beach district of Miami, Florida, United States. It is the oldest and largest conservative congregation in Miami Beach. The original sanctuary was built in 1947 as the "Jewish Center of Miami Beach." It is considered one of the most beautiful synagogues in the United States with its impressive Byzantine and Moorish style, with a rotunda building and an aluminum dome over ten stories high.

    O memorial foi projetado por Kenneth Treister em um local designado pela Comissão da Cidade de Miami Beach na Meridian Avenue e Dade Boulevard. Este local foi anteriormente o lar dos sobreviventes do Holocausto William e Florrie Loeb e de seu filho Robert, que emigraram de Rotterdam, na Holanda, após o bombardeio e a ocupação pelos nazistas. Eles compraram a casa na década de 1940 e Florrie a vendeu para a cidade de Miami Beach no início da década de 1970, que tinha planos de transformá-la em estacionamento. Restam árvores nos fundos do Memorial que foram plantadas pelos proprietários originais da propriedade nas décadas de 1920 e 1930.

    The memorial was designed by Kenneth Treister on a site designated by the City of Miami Beach Commission at Meridian Avenue and Dade Boulevard. This site was previously the home of Holocaust survivors William and Florrie Loeb and their son Robert, who emigrated from Rotterdam, Netherlands after the bombing and occupation by the Nazis. They purchased the home in the 1940s and Florrie sold it to the city of Miami Beach in the early 1970s who had plans to make it into a parking lot. There remain trees in the back of the Memorial that were planted by the original owners of the property in the 1920s and 1930s.

O prédio principal do museu, na 301 Washington Ave., foi construído em 1936 e tem características Art Déco, uma cúpula de cobre, uma bimah de mármore e 80 vitrais. O prédio adjacente localizado na 311 Washington, serviu como a primeira sinagoga de Miami Beach, foi adquirido pelo museu em 2005 e restaurado em 2007 como uma expansão do museu.

    The Jewish Museum of Florida-FIU is located in two restored historic buildings that were formerly synagogues, at 301 & 311 Washington Ave., in Miami Beach, Florida. The main museum building, at 301 Washington Ave., was built in 1936, is on the National Register of Historic Places, has Art Deco features, a copper dome, a marble bimah and 80 stained glass windows. The adjacent building located at 311 Washington, which served as Miami Beach's first synagogue, was purchased by the museum in 2005 and restored in 2007 as a museum expansion.
