Avant Homecoming

Glenn drive to Birmingham Alabama yesterday to drop off the RAV4 to Dean and Linda. This was aunt Sarah’s car.

So Glenn left BHM Sunday morning as I was leaving Tyler, Texas. I had 3 pieces of luggage to check in and I had a complimentary upgrade to first class.

Once I landed in DFW, I waited for Glenn’s plane to arrive. We walked

Sam picked us up at MCI and we got settled into our room. We watched “itchy boots” then I took a nap from 1:30 til 4pm.

Jack and Therresa Jones picked us up for dinner. We had a delightful chat as we discussed member care for the retirees.

Glenn and I played Rummy-cube, watched some Sunday night football and visited with the Schroeders. Looking forward to a full and blessed week with the retirees.Read more
