    Woodland Creek RV Park

    After my physical therapy and 2 zoom calls we quickly loaded up the RV in the late afternoon and drove 8 miles down the road so we hook up the new (to us) RV and try things out. We needed to get the electric hooked up and the water also. See where all the switches are.

    Beautiful day. Then rain for 5 minutes then it stopped.

    I made salad for dinner. Then we went inside to play Rummy Cube and Kings Corner. I won and Glenn won.

    Yep. I think I’m gonna like this RVing thing again. It is stressful figuring out where to stay however our upcoming trip to the PNW doesn’t have too many camping sites that I need to find since we have friends along the way that have opened their home to us.

    Good night sleep and return home

    Glenn and I played several rounds of Rummy Cube and also King’s Corner.

    We settled into the van for the night. Glenn pushed up the “tent” and got it all fixed up. He slept up there. Quite comical, we got our c-pap machine all hooked up and we’re good to go.

    We did wake up around 2pm to walk to the bath house. Full moon outside.

    We returned back home and continued to make improvements on the RV. I realized I need a good step ladder to get into bed. We hope to do another “trial run” into Dallas over the weekend, but our plans keep changing. We plan to go to JF to see dad on Mother’s Day.    Leia mais

    Trip to see dad on Mothers Day

    We had plans to go to Dallas, see dad, then see Hoopers on Monday while taking our RV to a campsite and doing another trial run. However the Hoppers had to change their plans and our lunch date was cancelled for Monday.

    Glenn and I decided to only make it a day trip to have lunch with Dad.

    I gave dad a photo album of our Spring Break cruise. He loved it.    Leia mais
