Ljubljana

We arrived at the capital of Slovenia, named 'European green city' on 2016. Even though we'd already been travelling for a week across the country and we knew that the prices were higher than expected, we were surprised how expensive this city was during the main season! So we decided to spend only a day here. Every hour was worth the stopover. Nobody should miss the city with its tongue twisting name (they spell it Lyoob-lyah-nah), its beautiful buildings, castle and people on the streets who made our day. Luckily we won a free meal spinning the wheel of fortune hahaha

We left Slovenia having enjoyed a lot their lakes, culture and nature but we felt a bit disappointed by the difficult and unrelaxed contact that we had with the locals. Let's say we should give them another chance next time.
