San Cristóbal de Las Casas, Chiapas

On certain streets in San Cris, I swear you hear as much italian as spanish, and more european spanish than native. There is an active and entertaining community of international vagabonds who gather often at a corner cafe on the main pedestrian street. San Cris is also where you can find incredible knitted wool products made in the surrounding villages. And you didn't bring a pair of wool socks, or a hat, it's probably a good idea to have at this elevation.Weiterlesen
