Edzna Ruins

Traffic to these ruins is sparse, at best, though they are only a 30-40 minute bus ride from Campeche. On the day I visited I couldn't think of anything better than having a practically private archeological park to wander around in, walking across the ruins and eating oranges.

A man sits near the road at the entrance to the park, selling water and jugos and sodas. He keeps a black leather notebook on the table for all his customers to sign.Læs mere
