After glancing up and seeing a billboard that said Spam Museum, This Exit, I beelined across two lanes of traffic and we rolled into Austin, Minnesota.

The air in this town smelled like Spam. But the museum, which was for some reason free to visit, might be one of our country's best kept secrets.
