Karen224Thank you Jean. Hard going today - managed to acquire a new blister! Other blisters are healing nicely. Beautiful scenery was the reward for the climb . Glad your weather is improving! ReisenderHi Karen, you have done so well and it’s so near over. The first year I did it everyone was also a bit emotional at the end, when you meet wonderful people and create special relationships it’s tough to say goodbye, particularly when it’s probable that you won’t see many of them again. I think however the sense of loss is the sign that the trip has been a success and you have shared in a special way with a bunch of fellow travellers. Enjoy the last day tomorrow, looking forward to hearing all about it. I’m in Santander at the moment, my motorbike and I return to Portsmouth tomorrow.
