    After record breaking hike to the Chacaltaya peak we have travelled back to La Paz and further 10 km towards the Valle de la Luna. Moon like area isn't actually a valley but bizarre, eroded hillside maze of canyons and pinnacles.
    The main materials are clay and sand and therefore it changed with every rainfall.
    The area with couple of short trails has been much bigger but as La Paz got caught on urban growth, the area now is much smaller.
    As we have visited the canyons in Tupiza, it wasn't as impressive but we have enjoyed a short walk around before a threat of storm made us leave the place and take a ride back to the city.
