Sea to Sky Gondola & Shannon Falls

Driving Sea to Sky highway this morning! Beautiful, even with fire that was being fought on the mountainside above the highway! The road follows shoreline of Howe Sound on one side and practically straight up to mountains on the other side! First stop, Shannon Falls with brief walk to great view of waterfall, 3rd highest in Canada. Then short forested walk to gondola ride. A little pricey, but views are awesome with lots of hiking alternatives and gorgeous views, lodge, gift shop, hammocks, tours, suspension bridge....really you can easily spend all day here!
