Day 1: Orland, Ca.; hot and humid!

After having several days to getting ready, it still felt like I left everything to the last day! "Hot" is not my best...um, temperature. Even so we managed to leave at about noon and drove the "Central Valley" in triple digit weather. 300 miles later we arrived at the Parkway RV Resort, in Orland. Really seems like a nice park, due to Covid almost everything in the park is closed. But lots of nice looking mature trees and green grass. Hardings (our travel companions for this three week jaunt) are due in about 7:30. Promised them dinner and a cool RV. (Gosh darn humidity is a little bit of a deterrent.)
