Crater Lake Day!

Enjoyed a cool (!) morning, long sleeves and all! Packed up lunches for a day in the national park via jeep. (This was a day off for Auggie, he got to stay and just sleep through his day.) First a local stop, drove through the town of Prospect to view they're Rouge River gorge view point. Really pretty, beautiful old Bridge with a great drop off. Then on to Crater. Spent the whole day driving the rim, enjoying "several" overlooks, and got in a little hiking! Beautiful sunshine, manageable crowds (always found parking) lunched with a view of Wizards Island, and ended our visit with an ice cream stop on the way back to camp.
