Cody overnight

The last part of our drive was the long, flat plain going into Cody. A lot of this is either reservation or BLM land. A long quiet drive. Out in this area you can still find wild mustangs. We did see a herd of horses, 🐎🐎🐎, and based on a goggle search about them, feel that this would be about where we might see them. They were too far away to really get a sense of whether they were or not... But we chose to believe they were!

And then next thing you know we were in Cody. We had reservation at a KOA on the outskirts of town so we could catch up on a little laundry. This was a "holiday" property (which means it is nicer then most based on amenities) but this campground has been in place a long time (pre KOA) so was pretty tired.
