Ueno, Tokyo Markets

After dragging myself out of bed at 11am and checking out of the hotel, we explored the nearby markets in Ueno. We saw some really cool stalls, ate some fruit, bought some souvenirs, went to an Udon shop for lunch, and had to start our way back to the airport. We didn’t get to check out the park nearby or see the famous crossing in Shibuya but next time! At the airport we had access to Sakura Lounge where we had one more “real” Japanese.
