    Paprika flavored chips seem to be very popular here in Germany.Counting our change at the end of the day while enjoying some yummy pastries for dinner!

    Rheinfels Castle

    After our city walk, we took a quick bus ride to the next town over, St. Goar, to see the castle. First we had a delicious traditional German meal, Schnitzel, spatzael, sourkraut and potatoes. Another sunny day, meant a hot walk to the castle from the parking lot below. Then back down to the magnificent Rhine for a relaxing canal boat ride back to Bacharach. We decided to find some baked goodies and took them back to our room to relax and pack, since we'll be leaving early in the morning to head to Rothenburg.Read more
