Swinethorpe to Melton via Bottesford

Lovely camping spot here, by the side of a lake and some fancy lodges. Did have some on site entertainment laid on by the girls in the house next to the site, see if you can spot it!. Ride back to Melton included a nice long stretch on a newly laid tarmac cycle path, wind in the back as well, flying on our Orbit tandem!
Bottesford was a welcome lunch stop and we had lovely views of Belvour ( or Beaver!) Castle to get to Melton just before 3.00 pm.Read more
