Puerto del Punto to Rebadesella

Day 6 - 50 km. Rather an eventful day. We use Komoot for navigation and it sometimes suggests routes to us that go slightly off the beaten track but should be cyclable. Well this one outside Colunga probably tops the charts for the most impassable! At one point we had to choose between us or the bike having to go through deep mud. I am afraid the tandem lost! The back axle was covered by mud and both wheels were brown. Once we got to the road we had to find a way to get the bike cleaned . Fortunately we made it to a beach with a shower. We took both wheels off and cleaned the bike, one hour later we were back on the road! 15 more km to our destination, fortunately uneventful but very scenic!
