Last Portuguese food wish ticked

When we come to Portugal there are a few things we always have but a couple we have been waiting for. The leitão near Coimbra was Erin's first. Another tick was the pork marinated in a pimentão sauce and roasted in the oven. We found a roadside diner the first time Erin came to Portugal where we tried this and have been unable to find anywhere else on later trips.
