About an hour ago we all began to get up and prepare for the first part of our long journey to Japan. First up; a bus journey from Cardiff to Heathrow airport.

Lots of sleeping going on on the bus. Now a quick services stop in Reading for toilet breaks and food. Back on the bus at 9 to head to Heathrow!

We've arrived at Heathrow and we're now queing for our check in, 40 people with 42 bags and there's another unit on our flight! Impressive!
