Trip to Seoul in a nutshell

The anual meeting of our group took place in Seoul this fall. It was a great working experience, but also one of the most exhausting weeks in my entire life. Can't remember having worked so much in such a short time. Our group though couldn't be better and Seoul is definately a very interesting place to meet.Read more

Food porn made in Korea

Fortunate as we were, we were able to go out for dinner every night of our stay in Seoul. We tried out three different kinds of Korean food (hot plate, hot pot and .... some sort of stir fry) and and the third night we decided to have some Jordian food which was also very yummy. Korean food is very heavy on meat and fish but there is also a variety of fresh vegetables and mushrooms to choose from. It's definately worth a visit. Ah yes, and by the way, food is cut using scissors, not knives. Even pastry in the bakery.Read more
