Hoonah....Eagle feasting in the river

We pull up by the side of a river at the end of town. There's a bald eagle close to us, struggling to fly away with a salmon in its talons. The salmon is too heavy for the raptor to fly. It manages to launch into some long flight hops across the creek.Læs mere
