Brisbane to Singleton

We arrived in Brisbane at 6.30am to find out our connecting flight to Newcastle had been cancelled. Instead of flying out at 11.20am we had to wait until 2.20pm. Wayne’s sister and brother in law came in to see us and we had a quick bite to eat.

On arrival in Newcastle Audrey and Betty had come to pick us up. The drive home took a while due to traffic but was uneventful.

I have now tested positive to Covid - lucky me - not.

We’ve had an amazing holiday and loved every bit of it.
