Leaving Moloka'i

I was due to fly to HNL on the 11th, for a one-night stopover on my way back to Oakland, but the Ohana plane wasn't able to land because of the low clouds--the airport is surrounded by hills. (The small island-hopper airlines don't have that problem.) We waited for the next scheduled flight, but it was cancelled too, so I was re-booked on a flight to HNL via OGG, the airport in Kahului on the island of Maui, and was able to catch my scheduled flight to OAK.Read more
