Jamaica v Venezuela @ Old Pro's

The hipster shopping area of Palo Alto is home to a giant sports bar called Old Pro's. This place had their act together TV-wise with labels under each one letting you know what was going to be shown where. Our early soccer game was a few hours before the "dub nation" would descend on the restaurant in support of the Golden State Warriors run at the NBA title.

The soccer game matched the level of pub grub, just kind of meh. The service was terrific, but we bolted out of the place once our soccer was over. We were escaping as the basketball fans began their takeover.Les mer
