    The "casa dos crivos" has its facade covered with wooden shutters that prevent passers-by from looking inside.

    Starting from the 17th century, the excessively religious environment pushed inhabitants to put these structures on the facades and many areas of Braga became similar to Muslim cities. Today this is the only house of that period that has come to us, and for this reason since 1971 it is a considered a national monument.Read more
