Very tall bloke in the window seat decided he'd try his luck for an aisle seat elsewhere on the plane (successfully it turned out) which gave us the row to ourselves - bewdy! 6.5 hours Abu Dhabi to Munich, slept most of and wolfed a lamb curry. Eyes are sandpaper, quite like to be there now pls.

We land in about an hour then train to Vienna - actually three trains as we need to transfer twice, once in Munich and once in Salzburg. I broke that gently to Rich just now and he's thrilled. Choo choo! ✌️Read more
