    Corn

    Now I understand why there is corn in almost every processed food we eat. There have been corn fields since we entered Nebraska and they are still going here in Missouri. We are not talking miles, it’s hundreds of miles of corn fields. Only to be broken up by farm yards and grain silos.
    As we move further into Missouri, there are a lot more deciduous trees of which most are just starting to take on their fall colors.
