Palermo Day 2 - Rain & Evening

The rest of the day it rained and rained. We got several things organized and eventually set out for dinner at Bisso Bistrot. It had been recommended but wasn't outstanding. However, walking around on Monday was so much better than Sunday as it was much less crowded and the rain would keep the locals away.
