Final dinner tonight in Annecy

This evening we got more dressed up than usual and actually caught a taxi to the brasserie Irma Restaurant which was up the road from Annecy in a lovely location. Wonderful Craig had done the research and this Paul Bocuse was very nice. We all enjoyed our main courses which included fish and veal dishes and desserts were pretty good as well. Afterwards we had a walk around the Annecy gardens which had a summer festival music night which reminded us of the Fringe. We saw various artists entertaining us in trees and many of the locals were out enjoying each other’s company in the warm summer evening with all the pretty lights out.
