Parked by the river. Peaceful site, lots of cockatoos and corellas. Took a swim at the community pool $4.60 pp.

We rejected this site previously as its on gravel, but Nige was tired today after a morning of coin prospecting so we stopped early. Quiet & pleasant enough, park and pub nearby.

Nice swim at the boat ramp. Raucous cacophony of cockatoos to greet the rising sun for an hour @6am. 2nd or 3rd time here.

Take the slide or steps from the small camping area to the daysite, bbq, toilet and swimming hole are a short stroll away. Just the place to be when the temperature is in the late 30s & early 40s!
