Omahuta-Puketi Forest

Camping in the forest with 17 others on a small campsite. The next day in the morning I left camp at 6 am walking 5km in the river, having a short swim and then 300 stairs up the hill.
Kerikeri

Staying at a friend's house I met at church. Visiting some waterfalls and heritages around Kerikeri. Having a recovery day.
Bay of Islands

Walked through the "forest" meeting some hiking friends along the way. Going to the oldest pub in New Zealand in Russell. Gardening in the morning before leaving my host again.
Whananaki

Stayed at The Farm for a night, a beautiful small farm next to the road with lots of dogs and other animals. Going on for a longer hike, though hitching parts of it down to Whananaki to have a properLeggi altro

Ruakaka

A hitch off the beach all the way to the forest, a nice lunch at a stream just 2 km before the campsite, the most beautiful campsite so far with an astonishing sunset

More beaches, rocky coastlines, muddy forest hikes, a korean hiking group which was impressed by the weight of the backpacks, a great pub, 8 km kayaking

Recover, relax, "Tramily" dinners, go shopping, spa day, new hairstyles, enjoy the time together before separating afterwards
Coromandel

Pinnacles, long hikes/runs up and down, beautiful scenery, lucky hitch after a rainy stream hike to Hot Water Beach, a beach too hot to walk on
Pahoia Beach Rescue Farm
