      Coffee, Kopi, Café

      February 4 in Malaysia ⋅ ☁️ 32 °C

After some days of riding. Richard start with a flat. A Sign of rest? We agree to take it easy. We start with a nice western coffee:)

After a ride of 15 km a second coffee. A half our later we arrived in our luxury hotel for Tonight. We have to wait another hour for check in. That mean? Exactly coffee break…after a shower and some chill day in the hotel Richard enjoyed another coffee:D

The coffee felt extra well deserved because, although we had a shorter day of riding, it was absolutely the busiest. We are on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia’s largest city with a population of over 2 million. The highways are packed, full of construction, and completely pot-holed. With next to no shoulder and lots of hazards to avoid, it’s been a more gruelling day on the bike. Still we encounter countless kind moments when we have a chance to converse with the locals and our hearts are always lifted when we see Palestinian flags raised in solidarity.
