    Dinosaur world 🦖

    January 7 in Australia ⋅ 🌧 64 °F

We headed out for Scenic World in a slight drizzle. We took the railway, which is the world’s steepest and was originally built to bring coal up from the mines. It was indeed very steep. They had a dinosaur installation that turned out to be good, with info on each type of dinosaur. Charlie loved the dinosaurs, even the slightly scary animatronic ones. She’s obsessed with all animals.

Then we walked around Leura’s cute boutiques. I searched for a postcard but they’re surprisingly hard to find in Australia so far. We had Korean for lunch which was nice and warm in the gloomy weather. We headed back to Gymea and were all so full and tired that we crashed pretty quickly.
