Monterey is very chilled. We definitely did this in the right order! We went for a walk around the town and Old Fisherman's Wharf, where we stopped for dinner. The crab 🦀 cakes are a big deal around here, and every place has its own recipe.
The two had a thriving fishing industry, and the main expexports were canned tuna, anchovies, and sardines. These buildings have now been changed into restaurants and shopping malls.Read more
