Day 197: Toronto

Today we walked around Toronto city! Rode the subway down to the St. Lawrence Market where we enjoyed coffee, roast beef sandwiches, and a wide selection of smoked fish. Next, walked to the harbor to see the lakeside a little island across the main city.

Missing American pastime baseball, we transformed into Toronto Blue Jay fans today and attended a game against Tampa Bay Rays. The Rays clobbered the Blue Jays 13 to 0 so it was a little embarrassing; however, we get to wake up knowing we are Cardinals and Orioles fans so it did not matter as much.

To close the evening, we walked to Nathan Phillips Square where a Vietnam festival was occurring and then climbed the CN Tower to see the city at night. It was a 45 minute wait, but the city was awesome.
