The end of my journey

The car is a total loss .... it would cost around 10000 € to fix it here in Norway - clutch and gearbox - and I'm too far that it makes sense to bring it home to Berlin.
😨😢😲

- but it survived 15 years and 254000 km - and 5 years ago a garage told me already that it was actually gone ...
(so don't believe in the specialists!!!)

So I will take a plane tomorrow and the challenge was/is to take as much as possible of my equipment with me ...

But probably my car/travel insurance ADAC (like the AAA in the USA) will cover almost these extra costs ...
They were not so helpful and organized like I remember them ten years ago 🤨😬

So my last night in Norway in a little hotel - the people were very nice to help me in the way they could!

Now the stress is almost over and I can enjoy my last evening with fantastic weather just 60 km south of the Polar circle!Read more
