The car is a total loss .... it would cost around 10000 € to fix it here in Norway - clutch and gearbox - and I'm too far that it makes sense to bring it home to Berlin.

ПутешественникI will miss this Great Car! Her/His Story with us started in a difficult way :we bought it used , as all our cars! After a couple of days the engine blew up while Matthias was on his way back to Berlin from the Baltic Sea - we had to fight with the previous owner but at the end he gave us a used engine which made it all the way to Norway 2021!!!To me this car is LEON'S car, our beloved dog! We had the windows done in a darker color to protect our dog from the heat, he had his " lounge area" in the back with his bed abd a fan... this car gad room for my mom's in law weelchair, for trees which grew spontaniously on our balcony pots, for our neighboir's kids who loved to drive in it....Thank you RED VW CADDY for your services all these years! You'll be missed!
