Mowani Mountain Camp

Early the next morning we were taken on a camp drive to see the Desert Elephants who have adapted to the dry and sandy conditions by evolving into a smaller body mass and larger feet and longer legs to negotiate the difficult sandy and rocky terrain. They also have smaller tusks.

We enjoyed the rest of the afternoon relaxing on our verandah at the camp.Weiterlesen
