We had a great time spending half a day in this rural community. Students tried sugarcane, opened coconuts, painted their faces with achiote, fed the chickens, and learned a little about cacao. I am hoping next year we come for a full day and stay in the community. If we do we will add cow milking and cheese making workshop.Read more
