    For our last day we took the funicular to the top of the San Cristóbal Hill. We then hiked up to the sanctuary of the virgin of immaculate conception. Great views of the city, the smog was not too bad. We took the gondola down then walked across town to our private cooking class. We started with Sangria 🍷. We then made was sopaipillas ( fried pastry dough), empanadas and pastel de choclo (casserole with ground beef and a sweet corn topping). After the class we walked through the Italian neighborhood to Stefano’s apartment. Carla once again made dinner and we enjoyed our last night with the family.Read more
