A day on the train

Today, I made my way to Kandy, Sri Lanka's second biggest city. The ride is famous for the scenic views and took about 7 hours. Other than that, I got to rest a little and sleep early - as I have to get up at 11pm the same day to drive to Sri Pada, another hike that I want to start at 2am to be on top of the mountain in time for sunrise at 6am :)Read more
