    One of the trickiest parts of planning my adventure is food. The challenge: carry enough food for 6 to 7 days in a row, as lightweight as possible, nutritious, healthy and tasty.
    The solution: dry-frozen dinners with plenty of energy, carb-rich snacks to keep blood sugar up throughout the day, whey powder for energy and restoring proteins, and a hearty and nutritious breakfast.
    Most of this I will send myself in 3 large 10-day resupply packages, the rest I will buying local grocery stores every 4 to 6 days.
