Home (bitter)sweet home

After two months of travelling in Spain, Norway and Belgium, we are back home in Xativa! The first weeks were a bit stressful. We took in another foster dog, Stella, who was really afraid of humans. After one day, she decided to leave us and jumped through our fenced window. We put up posters and searched for her every free minute we had but unfortunately... no luck (we continue the search). Luckily, the little kitten Vita we're fostering comforted us when we arrived home exhausted from the search.

Apart from all the drama, September seemed to be a month full of festivities here in the old town. Not a day went by without fireworks (even at 8 AM) or processions. We even had a DJ right in front of our door. Good fun, but glad it's over :). Czytaj więcej
