This morning I got a coffee and biscuit at this cute market and Snoqualmie with Ian and Riley. They then dropped me off at the trailhead and drove back home to hood river. Today was so pretty! There were a lot of day Hikers for the first half of the hike and then I hardly saw anybody the second half. The trail is quite rocky and by the end of the day my ankles and feet hurt. Its kind of crazy how quickly your body can change. I already feel like I lost a little of my trail legs in just a few days! I still got 17 miles in which is great considering I started at 9:30. Going to try and average 20 miles each day and see how that goes. I want to give myself time to enjoy this stretch so I may start to hike less than 20.Read more
