Medieval city of Mennetou sur Che

This morning it is raining and we left our park up in Marcilly en Villete at 9am and took a 90 minute drive to our next free aire which resides just outside the walls of the medieval city of Mennetou Sur Cher.
This is a tiny old Medieval city that I found watching the Tour de France.
The aire is the other side of the main road and we have to cross what would have been the drawbridge to enter the old city.
The city and buildings inside date back to the 13th century and all of the streets are still cobbled. It’s an amazing place to walk around.Leer más
