South Dredge Island

Long day 73 miles. This was after we tried to access a trail on Merritt Island but it was too shallow and we had to push. Stopped at the boat ramp going thru Haulover Canal and witnessed manatees mating. And then found a great spoil island to ride out the next couple days of windy weather. Oh and Sundays are lounge days with the dinette down and Benny Goodman on Pandora. A tribute to my dad. Imagine our surprise when Bob Crosby ‘Loopin the Loop’ played. Weather was nice for cruising .
