    Bird Island Beach day 2

    Pretty sunrise this morning! We are day 2 at Bird Island Beach. Boat hull is scrubbed and Moki and I had a nice lunchtime walk on the beach. Beatiful beach with few people compared to Florida’s always packed beaches. They have a nature trail that we took which had interpretive signage. Also visited the Kindred Spirit mailbox, a spiritual refuge for those who might need it, started 40 or so years ago. Molly Brown traveled less than one mile beach to beach to beach today. No bugs!!Read more
