After looking at the extended forecast we decided we needed to get as far west as we could today. As such we logged our highest mileage day for the entire trip. 98 miles!! It was a long day. Tomorrow morning rain is in the forecast with increasing winds and windy days continue for at least several days. So tonight is our last night in Canada 🇨🇦. Crossing the border in the morning. Despite my needing to be in Mackinaw City next week to catch another fight for work, we are pushing our time up here and need to start heading south. Tonight we are anchored in another island bay. Access to shore is not quite as nice as yesterday’s Anchorage…bigger rocks are hard on the paws… but it is very pretty.Read more
